What the rules include
What happens if an error
If technical glitches occur, that round may be canceled; this is not new, but a rule to protect both the user and the platform
Account security
One account, this policy is strictly enforced; in Dhaka many share the same mobile, so login information must be kept confidential
User responsibility
You must provide accurate information, and the terms cannot be violated; incorrect age, incorrect identity, or multiple profiles; these issues are easily detected
Getting started with 60BD Login
Before logging in, verify email, name, and phone number; a one-minute check saves big trouble later
If you are new, first Deposit guide And Newcomers guide Next, see Log inThen review the last part of the terms again
RNG and fair results
RNG means the automatic result generation method; each result is different and cannot be made to match the previous round
This method works in the 60BD App on 436+ titles, so users do not have to repeatedly see the same pattern to decide
Why a round is canceled when there is an error
If the network is slow or the system has an error, the round may not run properly; holding the result is not correct
In such cases, the support team reviews the logs and decides; using local payments like Bkash or Nagad often makes it easier to verify accounts
If match fixing or cheating is detected
If there are indications of cheating, the account may be temporarily suspended; abnormal logins from the same phone or suspicious behavior are detected quickly
This gives better protection to good users than to bad users; many Dhaka city users operate on mobile at night, so detecting suspicious patterns is important
Suspicious activity patterns
If an abnormal tendency in the same pattern is seen, it is checked as a step before punishment
Sometimes multiple devices, sometimes unusual times, or different locations; these are checked for Rocket, Bkash, or Nagad users; security rules remain the same
How long can the investigation
Most general verifications finish within 1 to 3 business days; in complex cases it may take longer, especially when documents need to be matched
During this time you On the contact page You can write if Privacy policy Or Responsible gaming Read it, then the rules will be clearer
